Though I probably missed a shit ton of old references since I literally haven't watched it since the 90s >_> I saw a bunch of characters and thought, "Oh, I kinda remember them, though i forgot what they did in the show before" Also, was that Fatheads cartoon really that popular in the Rocko universe? I thought it was a weird thing to drive the majority of the plot.
But overall, I liked it >_> I feel like you should watch a handful of old random episodes somewhere beforehand so you'll get up to speed for the references. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

The Fatheads was definitely super popular in the Rocko universe. It's the whole reason why Rachael Bighead was so rich and famous.
