Haha I don't make that anymore, but that did buy my house. Once I got licensed I took the pay cut to live in civilization and not bounce all over the place.

hey that doesn't sound like a bad life! life for me is pretty good. I have a really good job that both gives me flexibility and pays the bills and my kids are doing great. my wife is fostering kittens because she needs to nurture something small to feel alive and we're finally getting around to watching the mcu movies (just watched guardians 2 yesterday) and I'm playing a few games here and there as time allows and yeah all is well here.

I got into the MCU around civil war and was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. Luckily, most of the good ones worth watching are more recent so you have a lot if good ones to look forward to

I watched civil war at work during a system downtime at 4am a couple of years ago. I'll rewatch it soon since we just saw cap 2 last week and I don't remember a damn thing about it.

I'm not in love with the mcu stuff or anything but they're pretty likable, straightforward movies to throw on and enjoy with the lady now that game of thrones is over. we were lacking a good thing to watch together and these movies are simple enough to throw on while we're multitasking.

She's a casual gamer. I got her into playing Kingdom Hearts earlier this year, and she's finished the first two games.

She's a big movie watcher, and she really likes the MCU, too. We've watched pretty much every MCU movie together this year. I've also started getting her into Star Wars. We've watched the OT and the first two prequels. We want to get caught up by the time Episode IX drops so we can watch it together.

She also got me into watching Harry Potter because she's a huge fan and I'd never seen them. We're on the last two movies now. She lives four hours away, so we end watching stuff "together" long distance a lot when we both have spare time, too.
