That's why I'm in America, my grandfather on my mother's side was a Nazi, although in fairness to him he was only a Nazi because they were gonna shoot him otherwise and he deserted as soon as the heat was off him and stowed away on an Italian cargo ship to get here. If you're going to criticize him for joining the Nazis did shoot my great grandparents for being part of Kaiser Wilhelm's court, so the threat of death was pretty believable. They just spared my grandfather because he was a wizard with aluminum.

Yeah i dont hold thr Nazi thing against any of them except those who where in power unless they proved to really be that way anyways. Lots of them either didnt have a choice or fell for the propganda.

I understand a lot of soldiers didnt even have a clue what was going on inside the concentration camps.

My family actually bailed from that area before even ww1 though. I also have german ancestry. But not all of them so im sure some distant cousins of my great grandfather where nazis.

None of those scientists should have seen one day outside a military jail cell much less be given the honors and privileges they got. Anyone still alive who thought doing that was a good idea need to be ashamed of themselves.
