77 y/o Old Murdering Goat, Albert Flick from Maine was RELEASED from Prison after serving 25 years for KILLING his WIFE, Sandra...and now he's jailed a SECOND time for killing ANOTHER WOMAN in the SAME FASHION!!

In 1979, he stabbed his wife 14 times in front of his DAUGHTER and was released in 2004 but went back to Jail in 2010 for ASSAULTING another woman!!

He was released yet again in 2014 because he was deemed "too old" to be a threat..and in 2017, he stabbed a HOMELESS 48 y/o Mother ELEVEN times in broad daylight in front of her children after STALKING her for days..

He was convicted of murder on Wednesday and is yet to be sentenced but will now spend the rest of his dying days in prison.

Assistant Attorney General Bud Ellis told jurors in his closing argument that Flick knew Kimberly Dobbie and said to himself "If i can't have her, i will kill her"

In the days before the murder, he trailed her and her children around town where they were living close to a Dunkin Donuts, a local library and to the bus shelter

Witnesses who were friends of the victim said she tolerated his affection but did not want it

Allan Lobozzo, his public lawyer said there was no indication his client posed a threat

Dobbie was severely injured as she was stabbed so many times that it PIERCED HER HEART AND LUNGS!!

Her 11 y/o TWIN sons witnessed the kiling and it was all caught on camera..

The jury from his most recent trial were not told of his previous crimes but it only took 40 minutes to convict him..

The elderly man said nothing and had to listen to headphones and 2 days before the murder he bought a pair of knives from Walmart and waited a day before killing her when the sidewalk was clear as she was sitting outside a building talking to her cellphone

A man witnessed the horrific stabbing said he DROP KICKED Flick and held his FOOT on his NECK until police arrived

He submitted a NOT GUILTY plea by reason of INSANITY before trial but then withdrew it.

Maine does not have a death penalty

His daughter with the first wife he killed is now an adult told the judge who released him to force an explanation on why the woman's sons why their mother is no longer alive

Do you think being "too old" is a reasonable reason to release a murderer from prison?

It's already bad enough that an old murderer (or one who just took a couple of decades to catch) got to enjoy his youth in freedom AND effectively has a much shorter jail term w/ a life sentence AND gets guaranteed free medical care at the age he will most need it

That's already not enough, now they have to give a "get out of jail free pass" just b/c someone's old, too?

"Well, you're a repeat offender who committed a violent crime just 4 years ago, but in that 4 year span, you've aged so much that you're clearly no longer a threat."

WTF?!

I think it depends, but going JUST by age is a bad idea.

If someone is legit dying that can be different, but by age alone? There are 70 year olds in better condition than I am.

(I'm disabled and can hardly get out of bed some days, some 70 year olds are actually fairly active still. If they're reasonably functional they're in better shape than me probably 75%+ of the time.)

Clearly still a threat in this case, so why?
