Luckily I can do it at work, so its not taking up any free time. In fact, Im practically getting paid to take it. The course is $25, so I can pay it off in two hours.

Yup.

Anyway its unlimited attempts, no final quiz, and impossible to fail, so I literally just have to keep the screen on for six hours and click every few minutes.

I had to take a driver improvement course about two years ago. It sucked, I had to spend 8 hours of my Saturday being told I was a bad driver with other people who made my 11 MPH speeding ticket look great.

I actually distinctly remember someone saying he hospitalized someone while driving.

I ran a red light, so I know I technically deserved it, but no cars were coming and I really had to pee.

Where is this a thing? Feels very European. I mean the only time I have heard it mentioned in an American setting was in fifth element. And i chalked that up to the futuristic setting. Plus it was written by a Europe man.

I had to take a 4 hour parental class as part of the divorce, per court order (the county I lived in insisted the men do it and made it optional for the women).

Some of the guys were, well nuts. 2 had to escorted out early for their behavior. One started yelling how he didn't deserve to be there, the bitch was playing games with his head and he proceeded to try to throw his chair. Cops came and took him away.

The other kept playing on his phone, which was against the rules. Refused to give it up and told the hosts off. Went ape shit. Got in their face, then just sat down. Cops came to arrest him and everything. It turns out he was messaging his ex, who had an order of protection against him.

I felt pretty good after that compared to these guys.

I live in California. It's been a thing here for as long as I can remember. I'm 42. But I also have a terrible memory. :p

California does it. But it sure isnt only $25. Lol

Ahhh so it's a way to get more monies. And that website mentioned jobs not hiring you based on the points on your licence. That's seems stupid unless the job involves automobiles or other heavy machinery.

The one I used for my speeding ticket here in California took maybe 2 hours. I was able to just click through everything and take a couple of super basic quizzes along the way.

Maybe three years ago. I already had one ticket for running a red light that was still on my driving record so I needed to do the course. Not sure what it cost. But I still had to pay the fine, regardless of taking the course or not. I'm sure they estimated the course would take much longer. But since they didn't require me to watch a bunch of videos or actually read everything, I was able to get through it faster than the estimate.
