Sometimes they let you get a free call. Sometimes they dress you out and make you go see the magistrate. Then you can make collect calls, some phone systems give you 1 freebie from each number but if you've already burnt that up then you're fucked if you haven't gotten your PIN yet.
Depends on where you are, how well they know you, and your charges basically. If you are young and it's just some weed charge you're gonna bail out for they might give you free phone and not stick you in bullpen/classification pod. --- p226 ... Copied to Clipboard!
