Cassandra Walker was FIRED at her DAIRY QUEEN job because she made a mistake and made a MARIJUANA themed birthday cake instead of a MOANA cake for a mother's 25 y/o DAUGHTER's Birthday Party!!

It happened in Milledgeville, Georgia when Tammy Davis called the store and asked workers to make a Disney Character Moana cake in honour of her daughter's, Kensli's favourite Disney character for her 25th birthday

But when Kensli picked up the ice cream cake, it was instead decorated with a large cannabis leaf and a green "My Little Pony" horse smoking spliff and photos of the cake went viral

Cassandra, a mother of 2 said she questioned the order which her manager took down from the customer and said "The manager stood behind me while i pulled the images off the internet. She walked by as i decorated the cake. As i boxed up the cake up, she was the one who walked it up to the front.".

After the photos went viral, Walker was served firing papers which was ironically HER BIRTHDAY!!

She said it was a mistake and could have been considered a learning experience and she would have accepted that and had been written up but to be at the job for almost a year and no write up and to be let go of this was not funny to her

Al Autry,, the owner of the Dairy Queen said "This was a simple misunderstanding from the beginning. Our cake decorated designed a cake based on what she thought she heard the customer order. When the customer picked it up and said it was not what she ordered, we immediately apologized for the error and offered to redesign it the way she originally intended. The customer said it was fine, paid for the cake and left"

Kensli took the mistake in strike and shared the "hilarious mix up" and said "So my mama called and ordered me a cake telling them how much i loved Moana (Because i really do). Well needless tos ay these people thought she said marijuana. That ice cream cake was still good though"

Cassandra said the manager offered her her job back but she declined and said "Look at everything that it took. Just sedn me on leave, write me up, any of those things, i would have been OK with those things"

Somehow I thought this story was going to be about someone putting marijuana in a 6 year old's cake.

...This is much funnier. And the employee offered to make another cake, but the customer was okay with this one. Not sure why she had to be fired. (Though they did offer her job back at least. Can't say I blame her for not taking it though)

I saw this article on yahoo. I hadn't heard the baker got fired, though. That's awful. The girl whose cake it was thought it was hilarious. And you gotta admit, that's a pretty amazing cake design.
