25 y/o John Aprino from Queens New York, a hardcore 500lb GAMER and gave up his EDUCATION because he couldn't walk aroud campus or fit behind the desk has finally HALVED his weight after his obesity nearly killed him!!.

He was diagnosed with severe asthma and allergies soon after he was born, and the medication he took made him gain weight and thus his love for junk food that included two roast beef sandwiches with cheese, double fries, corn fritters and onion rings.

But after his life threatening asthma attack in 2015, he was terrified into changing his ways and worked on ditching junk food and gaming and went into a gym

He said "I was constantly bullied from a young age until i graduated high school. I couldn't walk around school because of my weight. I had to be given a key to the elevator because i couldn't walk up and down the stairs and had to write book reports intead of participating in g ym. I hated life, i hated who i was, how i looked in the mirror, how i couldn't fit into clothes other kids were wearing. I had zero confidence"

When he graduated, he didn't go to college cause he couldn't fit into desks so he took up gaming to cope with the loniless and kept gaining weight.

But after a major asthma attack, he took a change in life as that petrified him of dying at an early age. That was when he started going to a gym, 6 days a week and managed to lose 80lbs and t hen made the decision to have gastric sleeve surgery

Now he looks forward to getting out of bed and doesn't have to worry about fitting into chairs and he loves life, loves the challenges and loves working out and no longer has high blood pressure or sleep apnoea.

He gave up gaming which he loved for years but now he has a new passion..professional wrestling as he shares his journey wit his instagram followers

some peoples skin just fuckin acts like magic and shrinks, most peoples don't though

his arms and chest look fine. it looks like he's got a little bit of loose skin on his waist, though.
