I even put the Buzzer # in the shipping address label these days so there's no excuse, it's like they just come by the back entrance and see no buzzer and just go away without realizing it's not the front entrance where the buzzer is located

yeah one thing that i miss about when i actually used to go into stores and buy stuff was the security of knowing i have it and seeing condition of items in person

moooost packages are fine, if Amazon Delivery will call my cell phone if the buzzer fails (I'm out downstairs), and Canada Post will put packages in the delivery lockers

Intelcom Courier Canada has like a 100% failure rate for me so they have all my seething hatred

Fed Ex and UPS are also pretty bad but Intelcom are their own level of garbage
