24 y/o Presley Pritchard from Kalispell, Montana was told by her SEXIST male colleagues that she was TOO WEAK to be a FIREFIGHTER ...but now she CARRIES THEM as she proved them wrong and now DEADLIFTS 303LBS!!

The paramedic turned firefighter said she faced criticism and sexism in the emergency service and was accused of only joining to "date t hem"

The mom of 2 said she was a keen runner but lost much of her natural muscle after giving birth at 18 years old and her petite physique sparked hostility from other men

Fearing she won't be chosen for being "too weak" she joined the gym and started weightlifting and can now deadlift over 300lbs as she shows off her figure on instagram and in uniform after and showing women out there they can be strong and keep up with the guys

She said "When i first came into this job and i was a 'pretty girl', people thought i just wanted to date the men. They thought i had other motivations. As a firefighter paramedic, especially being a small woman in a largely male dominant career, i knew i had to make a change. A lot of people don't believe i'm a firefighter, i say 'what do you tihnk i do? Go to a random dept and take pictures of myself? '. Now i'm proving them wrong by carrying the same men who doubted me. I was the girl who played soccer and was always picked last because i wasn't a man. Now i'm probably the first pick over most men, because my colleagues respect how strong i am"...

She began her career at 16 and on her 19th birthday became a paramedic. But she got pregnant and went into labour AT WORK but still managed to graduate on time. She also lost all her muscle then cause she was red ridden after getting pregnant a second time.

She was very small and wasn't strong when she started out and it did get hard for her but then after joining a gym and getting a trainer, it changed her life.

They have a 210lb dummy and have to be blindfolded and find him in the dark and lift him out the window. It was very demanding and she knew she had to be strong to carry people as big as that for the job.

People doubted her but she made it happen and got 10,000 likes on her uniform transoformation and now women have messaged her to ask how THEY can get stronger and be better.

There's not many women in the fire service but now that she has a following, she wants to train women who want these male dominated careers that they can compete too and to be strong and THICK, not just skinny with abs.
