Yeah my cats hate the mortars, we will see how the 1 yr old does (she did ok on new years but that was awhile ago).

Yeah, growing up I had a dog who was absolutely terrified of fireworks (and thunder) and so I ended up developing a dislike of them that has persisted to this day.

Same here. People were already setting them off around town last night, they're setting a couple off every hour in anticipation of the main fireworks that take place just a few blocks from my home, and if it's anything like previous years the next week or so will consist of every neighbor near me deciding they need their own personal night to set theirs off.
This is hell week for my dog. --- When someone is giving you his opinion, you should receive it with deep gratitude even though it is worthless. Huh? Finger!? What the hell? ... Copied to Clipboard!
