It's completely torn off of the glans. It doesn't hurt but I literally fainted soon after it happened because I was so horrified. The guy I was with was afraid I was gonna die lol. There was a lot of blood.
It came off pretty cleanly and I'm positive it won't be able to reattach unless I got surgery, but honestly I don't really even think I want it reattached, I'd be too afraid of it tearing off again.
