Keeping a clean empty car is a good deterrent. Unfortunately if you drop a wallet in your car and don't notice it, someone walking by might get bad ideas

I had my wallet stolen once, it sucks. Specially since you have to cancel all the cards etc.

Still cutting off the hands might be a bit much.

We are overpopulated, cut off a sexual organ instead, so the criminal can't enjoy sex and is less likely to get pregnant, or can't get someone pregnant.

Should be the penalty for almost any crime in my opinion.

Hell, to this day I don't lock my car and I live in a comparatively much nicer area now. Don't keep anything in there that I care to lose, bring all my valuables with me when I leave the car.

Why would she leave something like her wallet in her car? It's certainly no excuse for the shitbag that took it. We should be able to leave stuff like that in our cars without worry. But we know the world is full of garbage people, living garbage lives. Leaving valuables in your car is a foolish thing to do.
