if it's just sore, like sore muscles, it's probably good, it just means you're developing underused muscles

if it's more like pinched nerve, shooting pain, hurts a lot for no reason type pain, that's more like a herniated disc, which is definitely bad

I think I just strained it, this was kinda early in the morning so I wasn't loose or anything and I just picked up the chair willy nilly.

I pull a muscle in my back once every 18-24 months, I swear. If youre just sore right now, be super careful. It doesnt take much to go from sore to Fuck, this is excruciating.

When I used to work out with weights hardcore, I still recall how an older bodybuilder talked about how the back was easily the most dangerous part of your body to work out. You couldnt rush it.
