40+ is a lot, though, isn't it?
I've got various films I've seen 20+ times, but even 30+ is pushing it. I used to be obsessed with Hanna, though, I guess it was my main "comfy" film, and Y Tu mama Tambian is just a great film, it really is. --- It has been 0 days since something interesting happened. I've never heard of either of those movies.
40 times for anything other than Star Wars means you have issues. Deep issues. ;) (I'll give a pass on Christmas Story. That's almost unavoidable. Lol) --- Bing, Bang, Boom... Squish? ... Copied to Clipboard!

I must admit, I really enjoyed it when it came out, but I haven't seen it since then. Is it pretty rewatchable? I hadn't thought about it much in recent times. I actually think it might have been a flash in the pan. Big, when it debuted, but after a few months I don't think I've seen / heard people talk about it much. I don't know if it'll go on to be considered a classic, 50 years from now, and that's assuming people even remember it at all. --- It has been 0 days since something interesting happened. I really enjoyed the soundtrack for that one. Same for La La Land, which I enjoyed beyond the traditional music segments, like the tracks that kinda just played in the background. It just resonates with me as I'm fan of everything it includes. Lots of familiar things. Mia's apartments are in Long Beach where I live. I've got a pretty heavy bias towards Rebel without a Cause or any film that acknowledges the Griffith Observatory as that's been somewhere I always enjoyed going to. I like to play piano and have an affinity for jazz and all the artists that Sebastin references. There's a lot for me to appreciate in the film even if I have my reservations about the characters. Totally disagree with Sebs stance on Jazz and his traditionalist gatekeeping and Mia was low key a bitch. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
