A massive rumour going on about plans for the next Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase 4 have been proven false as various journalists tried to track down the original source..that lead to a random GAMEFAQS POST!!

They dug through various reports that Marvel insider Roger Wardell spoke with "The Independent" have been proven false as he never spoke to anyone..

Those claims lead to a random Gamefaqs forum post where all the "leaked" info was found where it mostly stemmed from a Reddit thread discussing Phase 4 rumours as it made it sound like Wardell himself did a one on one interview which is also false.

That reddit trail then lead to 4chan, which is the sewer of the internet and began spreading that same rumour which has now been deleted.

Anyone here old enough to have spoken to a gamefaqs user named SuperDK3?

This guy about eighteen years ago claimed to be have been working on the newest smash brothers and started posting supposed leaks, things that of course when melee came out later turned out to be false. After actual rosters began to leak out of Nintendo, he took one and photoshopped in random characters from other games characters stating that he was going to lobby his colleagues to get those characters into the game.
