Doing a lot of waiting around and slowing grinding TT right now. Part of me doesn't know what I'll do once I'm finally done. Basically I'm just hoping for an interesting refine to catch my fancy right now, on a unit I'm interested in.

I think Rokkr Sieges is my favorite mode in the game now. It's a little basic but the extra strategy of the Umbra special swapping people around keeps it interesting, and the rewards are pretty nice. Also I learned another new thing about Norse mythology so that's cool too.

The Byleth Three Houses promo says: "Byleth: Tested Professor will also appear in summoning events, beginning in late July."

People assume this means a Three Houses banner but technically they can do something like Kaze and just chuck him into the summoning pool without making him a focus.

Oddly enough the reasoning turned out to be wrong. Male Byleth is not on the Three Houses banner.

I'm starting to really get fed up with my IV luck. Here's a list of the last fourteen 5* units I've gotten, and their banes:

Selkie with -Res
Surtr with -Def
Summer Gunnthra with -Spd
Loki - Neutral
Summer Helbindi with -HP (great bane, though not quite -Spd)
Summer Laegjarn with -Spd
Kjelle with -Res
Legendary Lyn with -Res (superbane)
Keaton with -Res (optimal bane)
Bridal Ninian with -Spd
Mareeta with -Spd
Fallen Tiki with -HP (optimal bane)
Legendary Marth with -Spd
Legendary Roy with -Spd

Other than Loki, Kjelle, the three really good ones, and to a lesser extent Lyn, that's 8 of my last 14 whose basic functions have been altered because they got the worst bane possible.

Rend Heaven and Ruptured Sky are both in Japanese. I wonder if the skill got renamed in Three Houses or if this is FEH not realizing it's an existing skill.

F!Byleth looks like a serious check to Caineghis with that kit.

Disables guaranteed followup(aka Vengeful Fighter) or follow up prevention. Ruptured Sky deals 40% of her attack to beast(and dragon) units, and she also negates anything that increases/decreases special charges for her and her foe(Aka, no Special Fighter to stop her 2 charge special).

So Male Byleth will appear on the Mythic Hero banner on the 31st, but he is not a mythic hero himself. Interesting.

Same weapon and special as Female Byleth, but he has Distant counter, Chill Speed, and Odd Speed Wave as his skills.

(Also it's implied that Ruptured Sky is inheritable.)

Red: Legendary Marth, M!Bayleth

Blue: Fjorm, Legendary Azura, Hot Springs Ryoma

Green: Legendary Lyn(lol), Legendary Hector, Valentine Greil

Colorless: Eir, Caineghis, Legendary Alm

Red is pretty nice. Good fodder all around, and all three units look solid. Legendary Marth doesn't wreck Sothis quite as hard due to her negating dragon effectiveness, but probably still is affected by Binding Shield.

Blue is alright. Legendary Azura is clearly the main prize here. Fjorm is alright, if old news, HS!Ryoma has some alright fodder(Chill Speed is nice)

Green is all about Legendary Lyn blocking you from the actual good armors here with their good fodder.

Colorless is an absolute goldmine, especially if you're interested in reaching T21 in Aether Raids.
Eir goes without saying, having an extra one makes life much easier. Even if you don't care about that, SS2 and Mystic Boost are both nice skills(Even if the former is "outdated")

Caineghis is a beast both literally and metaphorically. He has extremely good tanking potential, especially with Distant Defense 4, and comes with a conditional Distant Counter build in. Fodder is fantastic all around.

Legendary Alm, do I even have to explain this?

Colorless >>>>>> Red > Blue > Green imo.

A shame I won't be investing in this banner.

was thinking Tibarn or spring Palla might show up but i guess MByleth killed that. i would hope for both next time but i have a feeling we've already seen the last legendary banner with two non-legendary red units on it.

Male Byleth is the same colour as Sothis and comes with Distant Counter. However, CYL3 is probably more important.

Cool, didn't need to anyway. Used only my 4 summoning tickets and got Edelgard and Claude. Edelgard is -Spd, which is fine (except superbane), but Claude is REALLY sticking with my horrible bane theme lately with his -Atk.

Oof, yeah legendary banners can be bullshit at times. Especially if you're in a "I want 2/3 of these units" scenario, and naturally you pull the 1/3.

But yeah, don't blame you. That's understandably frustrating.
