Last summer, on the Summer Tana banner, it took me over 400 orbs to get one of her. Getting three of the 140 orb packs will run you about $225.

So um... good luck.

Expected cost is 1960 Orbs. It costs $1045 to buy that many Orbs. The price is lower if you have free Orbs stocked up or use some of the upcoming free Orbs.

for things that have "If a bonus granted by a skill like Rally or Hone is active on unit, grants Atk/Res+4 during combat." do link stat boosts count as a bonus? I can't find this anywhere (and I'm too lazy to test it)

Yes. Link skills give you blue number boosts like Rally and Hone.

These Book 2 characters have to be the quickest to get alts, right? Don't remember any other unit getting so many alts in such a short span of time. This banner also seems to be the longest one we've had thus far, and I suspect it's because they want players to shell out money for SS3

On my third summoning circle of this week's revival banner, I got +Atk Celica and +Atk Genny, even gambling on the last green orb and getting Barst, all while still sitting at 4%. Needless to say, I'm more than happy with the outcome, as I expected to spend a lot of orbs to get rid of Celica's -Spd bane. Now to wait for Linde to come back to get rid of her -Spd, as well. Don't have anyone to fodder Genny to right now, though

She barely shows up these days so sometimes it's hard to remember that Intelligent System used to like her a lot.

Gunnthr first came out over a year and a half ago. Even going by the date they were first playable, Laegjarn and Laevatein are about 8 months old.

I'm pretty sure I'm on a clear path to hoard until Christmas after this summer banner. I just got my most wanted units nah and brady, I'll probably pull for sexy Laevatain all summer, then I'll throw 100 orbs into trying to get mia's staff and another Myrrh on Halloween. Otherwise grail and feather projects are enough to keep me busy.

I can't imagine there's anything left for them to throw at me to make me spend orbs like I have. Thong Moulder? Nealuchi? Dream Serra with cast members of FE7 as her Loyal Vassels? Fallen Anna?

On the topic of TH, I'm amused to see for the third original mainline game running they've made overt references to Cordelia. Maybe Tharja was never the #1 supporting cast member in Awakening after all!

yeah i might skip it too. not 100% sure yet. i want everyone in colorless to some extent but not THAT much. and i'd like another Gunnthra to erase her atk bane, but i already have Hinoka and have no interest in Yune.

We're getting defense rewards for Aether Raids. It seems like the rewards will be based on the total lift lost across the three failed defenses with the highest lift lost. The less lift lost, the more dragonflowers awarded. Of course this means people now have an incentive to make their defenses even more cancerous....

Additionally, we're actually getting some info regarding defenses battles. The time the battle occurred, whether or not we could have lost lift, and I guess which battle the defense was?
(Catapult can be levled up to 5)

Three new songs added to the Concert Hall Something told me to hold onto my points until the next update.

Oh and we're getting refines for Luke, Raigh, Roderick, and Matthew.

Fallen Delthea and Louise will be available in the grail shop.

And item caps for potions/crest/blessings will be 999,999. I'm not sure why it wasn't before but *shrug*

Well this just killed what little enjoyment of Aether Raids I had left. Still not gonna change my all-Eirika/Ephraim defense team, regardless, but I am just gonna do like 5 offense battles a week to stay the same tier now and be done with this garbage.

Yeah more and more as defense mythic heroes were available I was seeing people using their favorite units with no traps and the aether fountain/jars right in front. I guess IS wanted to solve the issue of people having fun in aether raids.

Eliwood feels a bit awkward in usage. If you use him on a beast team, he needs to be away from the beasts so they can transform, but his strong Atk means you actually don't want him to be sitting back doing supporting all day, but he's supposed to make your beasts do all the dirty work

What a waste of a refine on Raigh. He needs a god-tier refine to be good, like double Atk/Spd Solo

@Lopen, your boy is getting a refine. Time to come back to the game lol

If previous refines are any indication it'll be a refine that I won't even use because it plays against the way I built the unit, but I'll be keeping an eye out for the Matthew refine

As much as I would like legendary staff refines, I don't see them happening anytime soon, if at all. They seem to not want to do big refine updates anymore, either, so it makes the waiting game for the refines I want to see that much more painful

So if Three Houses has a DLC pack (lets say 10 bucks each, even though we know IS doesnt make DLC that cheap) for each FEH region. Which regions would you buy? I'd probably honestly shell out thirty bucks for Askr/Nfil/Muspel characters assuming they have battle quotes/reclass items/special skills and weapons that come with.

Eh, I'm not much of a "Buy characters from other games" type. I'd probably want to buy individual characters anyway(Because I'm down for Helbinidi, but I don't want to taint my game with Surtr or to a lesser extent Laventine).

I really like the way dlc extra characters were handled in Valentia. They really felt like complete cast additions.

That said Valentia is kind of a game where character customization fell a little flat so there really wasn't much point to use them unless you really liked them.

Lol wow. Dire Thunder(A FEH Youtuber) attacked my Aether Base.

Even checked one of his videos to see if it was the real deal. Exact same +10 Laevatein, exact same +10 Myrrh, and of course the exact same +10 Reinhardt.

Granted right now my "defense" is a free win with weaponless Eliwood, Brave Hector, and Valentine Lyn. And then he had his Ninian kill Eliwood, oof!

i managed to get both summer Gunnthra and Laegjarn in about 100 orbs. both +atk, too. good luck for a change. i think the last time i got the unit i wanted most from a banner was spring Marisa. though i got a few units i wanted not-quite-as-much on shared focus (legendary Alm, fallen Tiki, groom Pent).

weirdest thing is, i got 2 off-banner 5* from the summer banner. Brave Hector and Thea. and now they're together in this random banner. i also got +atk on Brave Hector and +spd on Thea, not that the latter really matters.
