My car is leaking coolant. I got Bars Stop Leaks for it. But I dont know where to put this stuff into?

I open the hood and look at all the parts, and they might as well be Kanji.

Says if direct access to radiator is not available then put it in Overflow Tank. Overflow tank is the clear-ish tank right underneath my windshield and above the engine.... right?
