It was my fault I guess. I gotten use to them asking me what I want on it. But... recently they dont ask. Next time I go there I'm going to ask for onions mushrooms, green peppers and mayo.

The staff did change. They dont ask anymore

They're supposed to rattle off all of that stuff unless you preface you order like "I want an 8" Italian with onions, tomatoes and mayo." Even when you say that you want everything they have to go through the list because most people don't want pizza sauce on a cheese steak.

My gf is a manager there so I hear her complain about customers complaining about the unnecessary listing of toppings.

I know, but I used to be asked if I want onions and such. I say yes I do. I thought that was required to ask that. I guess I should say I want mushrooms and such on them.
