The only part that's a bit concerning is when he puts his hand towards the girls hips, but if you watch closely, you can see that he does that because she leans in for a side hug. If someone forced me to take a wild guess I would say this was a girl who probably had hots for the teacher and wanted him to do this and probably has happened before.
