I just realized they're a staple meat for us here, like fourth place behind chicken, beef, and pork, but they're native to NA so I wonder how popular it is elsewhere.

Western European here, we do.
But it's more like turkey filet and sausages and such. I have never even seen a fully roasted one you guys traditionally serve on Thanksgiving though a friend of mine grew up with that as his yearly Christmas dinner.

Aussie here, it's eaten very rarely for most people.

Over here it's

Chicken
Beef
Lamb
Fish
Bacon

In that order.

Canadian bacon is just ham sliced into pepperoni sizes as a pizza topping and has nothing to do with Canada.

"American bacon" isn't even a thing. It's just bacon everywhere.

Probably for the best. The meat is a bit dry, so it's tricky to roast right.

The white meat is similar to chicken, and it has a lot more dark meat which has a particular flavor to it. Turkey is often a rather dry meat but it's not impossible to keep it moist.

Ugh, no biscuits, turkey is uncommon, this is why I don't travel.

Well actually I don't travel because it's expensive af and I can't stand flying.

But condescending makes you cool so let's go with the biscuits and turkey thing.
