So, yeah.. sadly enough its what Ive been dealing with for Id say almost three years straight and I feel its getting worse. This is like the second Friday in a month Ive taken off of work and normally I dont do that but last night was really hell for me with no sleep and constant worries, anxiety, etc. So I had to all it in. When I get like that, it would be insanely hard for me to even focus on work at all. But anyways, I dont know if its possible but is anyone else here on fmla due to health issues like that? Im about to see a psychologist soon and already got the paper work ready to be signed. This shit is just fucking hell on my life sometimes though because I cant afford to even lose my job... :(

If your job is distressing you more than anything outside of work, the best thing you can do is have friends and family members put out some feelers for a better job for you. Working for AT&T for a decade nearly made me eat my shotgun, but even my coworkers told me that I should quit as soon as possible. I should have quit five years ago. The damage seems to be permanent. I don't even enjoy pizza or video games anymore.

If it's stuff outside of work, then that's easier to sort out. Cut absolutely everyone who isn't important to you, out of your life.

Good to know...cause I don't know how much more I can take it. I'm about to go see a psychiatrist in about three weeks and let him sign the papers after the session ends. As for a different job well...fuck... I don't know what I can get into that isn't stressful. I mean, I work a menial factory job doing monkey work.i thought about maybe still getting into data entry so I don't have to stand all day long sometimes.
