A 5 egg omelette
1 entire large spinach white pizza
1 small steak stromboli
A half a bag of paqui ghost pepper chips
A kale salad
chocolate chip cookies.

I didnt have any tums, so I took some calcium tablets.

And a kale salad has needed nutrients, which aren't present anywhere else on that list.

It's fine to be liberal with diet strictness when you just need to shovel in the calories but just don't make desserts like cookies a dietary staple everyday or anything.

I have a huge sweet tooth and used to eat ice cream all the time when bulking. I got incredibly strong but my body composition definitely could have been better at my peak size.

Yupp of course. I completely fasted yesterday, minus BCAA's and water.

I'm not sure what math you're using, but the 5 eggs alone have 35 grams of protein. A pizza has like 10 grams per slice, so multiply that by 8. And a steak stromboli, idk probably 0. Its not like steak has protein in it >_>

My point is your diet could use some polish. Its not a bad start but could use some tweaking... you didnt even list how many cookies you ate, nor do I know how many calories youre trying to hit and how much you weigh, height and current bf%.

Something like

Meal1: 6 eggs + 6 turkey sausage links
Meal2: 12pc Salmon/yellowfin sushi
Meal3: 1/2lb 85/15 grassfed beef burger
1pack Haribo bears pwo
Meal4: 30 hot/bbq wings
Pint of ice cream (bryers, Haagen deis, etc) before bed

Would be more optimal and more enjoyable.

This was a generic post on a video game message board about being a glutenous fatty for the day. This board isn't even related to fitness. I know exactly how many cookies I ate, because I ate the whole darn thing and it has it written on the box.

This was also one day, and not a habit. I mostly ate a lot of turkey, rice, salads, eggs, yogurt, and nut butters on my bulk. I certainly could have worded it all better, but again, it goes back to this being a casual internet message board about random things.
