SSG 69 is actually pretty useful compared to other log-in bonus dolls due to her self-buffing skill, but unfortunately she shares the same niche for RF/HG teams as M14, who is better, more readily available, easier to raise due to being able to use duplicates for dummy links, and is eventually getting a Digimind upgrade in the distant future. But, if you don't feel like using M14 for some reason, or if you want another similar doll of that type, then SSG 69 is definitely usable.

Exactly. SSG 69 is only for people who (for some reason) don't like M14, or people who want essentially another M14 but want to mix it up and not actually use another M14.

Interesting... the Wiki says 65% for the damage buff but that new description says 75%. I have no idea if it's a buff or a correction either.
