Does outing the secret and destroying their reputation actually accomplish anything of value, or are you doing it solely out of a petty need for revenge against someone who may not even be still alive to care (if you're doing it years later)? Uh, that's kinda in the air since it's for something I'm working on but let's say destroying the persons history wouldn't prove to benefit anyone very much besides closure, if you buy into that (I do not) and said person is already passed. For the sake of the hypothetical we'll say the person wasn't neutral but lawful good. Do you really want to be judged and remembered for every little thing you've ever done wrong?
