One is doing well for himself (some kind of manager at a walmart) but he freaking pays for it by never being around. I lounge in a call center and read/study all day, while getting paid much more than most of those friends. It's not glamorous work but I absolutely cannot complain with a consistent schedule, lots of PTO, holidays off, easy OT literally whenever and however much I want, and reasonably nice benefits. The worst part is, I'm the one in my friend circle who needs $ the least as I live a fairly minimalist lifestyle and just bank/invest my modest wages. <cite>YonicBoom posted [p:914043473] in Do you hav...
