16 GB, and it's almost completely filled with the 20 preloaded games. Supposedly you can add your own USB flash drive though to add more games.

But if the system can be hacked to add Spyro and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, I imagine it could be hacked to add the NTSC versions of the games already on there

Everyone should have expected this to be hacked day 1. It's not some high tech piece of hardware. Just a PSOne classic.

The more I read about it the more it sounds like Sony farmed this out to some lazy company who totally dropped the ball. The security key is stored on the device. They pretty much lifted an existing emulator and went with that. They left traces of potential games in the code. And who knows maybe Sony isn't being stupid by realizing the hacking community is going to tear this apart and sales will explode.
