So Link/Zelda is coming up in a few hours and Link is easily the favorite
Like always
And isn't it getting a little boring?
Well for the first time since 2003 we can have a different champion that is decided by GameFAQs no outside forces like L Block or Draven, just Gamefaqs
And if you vote for Link because he represent your favorite series, know that Zelda is as good as a represetive
Let's break the norm for once and vote for something a little different, let Zelda surprise fantastic run end with her winning the whole thing

Or she'll get SFF'd, which I think would be more fun, as it would (I think) make x-stats rely even more on Link's other matches, which are:
1. SFF Ganon
2. Pikachu, who is both stronger and weaker than Mega Man
and
3. Cloud, which is pretty normal

Nah. In this situation, Id rather stick with the Link dynasty. I dont care much for Zelda. Malon > Zelda anyways.

If Link doesnt win I want it to be a character from a non Nintendo series.

Zelda is literally in the same series.

Rather than see Zelda win which would be horrible. I rather see link triple her.

Actually they update in real time for the first 5 minutes -- creativename's site only tracks it once per minute though.

I haven't played all of the LoZs, but isn't Link always the old school RPG hero who doesn't have any personality (ala Crono or the Dragon Quest heroes or even Mario) other than what the player projects on him or you can deduce from his motions? I mean heck: Zelda is often a bland damsel in distress, but at least she has some sort of personality (and lines) in some of the games. It bothers me that Link wins character competitions. (While I appreciate the games and have nothing against him otherwise)

...but yeah, it's a popularity contest on the internet so I'm not expecting deep thoughts out of people. Can we do this again with 'developed' characters only, though? I'm partial to Auron, myself.
