Yes, he's innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, but anyone can look at the evidence and see that he's guilty of something, since he's committed crimes in interviews and in his twitter posts...

is a criminal standard used in courts of law. Thank you for mentioning it.

It's also completely immaterial to the discussion at hand, because it has nothing to do with whether or not someone actually did something that they're being accused of, but rather whether they can be punished for it. Witness how someone can gun down a dozen people on camera and be immediately captured by the police and they also would be considered innocent until proven guilty, despite the fact that they clearly committed the acts alleged against them.

Incidentally, two-year-and-change is exactly how long it took Watergate to get from first allegations to Nixon's resignation.

These things don't move quickly, and Watergate had the advantage of an inside man to steer the investigation. Mueller looks like he'll be filing his report some time in the next few months, so he's going to come in about half a year behind the Watergate timeline. Not bad, all things considered.

6 Paul Tulley Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock, September 1992 Described by Clinton as a Dear friend and trusted advisor.

7- Ed Willey Clinton fund raiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.

8 Jerry Parks Head of Clintons gubernatorial security team in Little Rock. Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little Rock. Parks son said his father was building a dossier on Clinton. He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed from his house.

9 James Bunch Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a Black Book of people which contained names of influential people who visited prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas.

COHEN was reimbursed for the latter payment in monthly installments disguised as payments for legal services performed pursuant to a retainer, when in fact no such retainer existed.
