My credit score dropped from 739 to 722 and Im low key freaking out. Makes me want to live broke and just constantly pay my credit till it goes away.

In terms of credit score, yes. I think it's above 0% and under 10% that's the sweet spot. In terms of how you're living your life, depends on how much credit you have. If you have 40k available credit, that would be quite bad.

Nah I have about 6,700 available credit.
