22 y/o Cheyenne HanLee from California suffered Kidney failure and found a replacement organ...and it came from new new boyfriend whom she met on TINDER!!

She met Gavin more than 2 years ago on Tinder when she swiped right on his profiled after he "super-starred" her.

7 months later they started dating and Cheyenne collapsed when the pair were out having dinner with friends

She was diagnosed with kidney failure and in an act of heroicness and heartwarming kindness, he saved her life by donating his KIDNEY to her.

She said "I never thought i would have found Gavin through this dating app, and now we are here and he's giving me his kidney. it's kind of crazy"

Gavin says "She had a nice smile and talked a lot, which made it easy"

Cheyenne was in denial over how sick she was and said "When i first got Tinder, i didn't believe that i was sick because illness is invisible. No one else, including myself could see that i was sick but i could feel it"..

Gavin took to her to the hospital after she collapsed and she was surviving on dangerously low 2% kidney function as most people would have DIED

She's had symptoms of it for years but she didn't think much of it and she immediately went on dialysis which meant for 10 hours every night, up until her transplant, she had to hook herself up to a peritoneal dialysys machine to remove toxins from her body.

She was constantly depressed every single day and was told a transplant could save her..that's when Gavin stepped in. He got tested and by great luck, he was a match!

She didn't want him to donate but her condition wasn't getting better but eventually they both agreed to do it to save her. Gavin said "When people ask why i'm doing this, i tell them it's not a question of why but rather how can i not?. I don't think i'm special, i think anybody in my position would do the same thing"

Cheyenne says he's the most special person she's ever met and she's so grateful for what he did for her and she can now live a normal life for a 22 y/o

Gavin even said if she had BROKEN UP with her he'd STILL do it because it's about giving her a good life and being healthy and happy
