I just looked through what remains of my adolescent CD collection and the funniest things are a Three Doors Down album, Chuck by Sum 41 (aka it's time for Sum 41 to take down George W. Bush), and a copy of the Linkin Park and Jay Z crossover album that my friend burned me in 8th grade. The cool ones in there are Nimrod and a burn of the first Tenacious D album

I bought Chuck as well, but I hated it. I'm sure it's still somewhere in my parents' house.

I was making food about an hour ago and humming some random song that popped in my head and I figured out was one of the Linkin Park/Jay Z songs. It's very random that I come back to this topic and see it mentioned.

I think Chuck was Sum 41s last decent album, but the two before it were better.

I beat The Messenger. Playtime 12:51. 100%. The final boss was a total pushover but the part where you get chased by a big monster thing near the end was incredibly frustrating for me. Good game. 8/10

I agree with both sentiments. The lore dump near the end was bizarre too. Out of nowhere the game is some weird riff on Phantom of the Opera? No thanks. I like the time travel and the centuries upon centuries of different Messengers, but they really screwed the pooch story wise at the end I thought.

I was so frustrated with the lore thing. I didn't care at all and it took so long.

If they are a 6 or 7 seed at the end of the year I'd tend to agree, but they were supposed to be better than this. There's certainly a possibility that Hayward just isn't good, but it still doesn't make sense how they've fallen off so much without any major personnel losses from last year

I think Hayward just can't be the same player after the leg injury. In the same sense, I think the rest of the East has caught up.

I am somewhat acquainted with a girl who used to run social media stuff with mlb so she would run those awful Twitter accounts that smack talk each other. You know the stuff that's engineered to get bird brained baseball twitterers to RT them and say okay this is just epic. Anyway she's just a normal person who had that insane job and apparently now she's doing the same thing for some silicon valley thing and making like a disgusting amount of money. Some day people are going to realize that social media guru isn't a job that needs to exist but until then make that money I guess

Which is to say she would literally tweet from like @Royals and @Dodgers or whatever if that wasn't clear

A former manager of mine had a second job working as a camera man for Bucks games. One time one of the commentators couldn't make it so he filled in.

I remember one thing is he has like a Nerf basketball by his bed and he can't fall asleep until he successfully shoots it such that it turns off the light switch. So if he's having a bad night throwing bricks he might stay up really late doing that because he can't not do it.
