Depends on the type of bears, depends on the gear allowed to the CEmen. Black bears and we all get shotguns? Other than a few friendly fire kills the CEmen should win unscathed.

let's face them in the worse scenario.

let say they are two cave bears, we still have the chance.

see, ce men who played video games and think all day discussing topics here are very smart people, and they will figure out a way to pull this victory.

so, we will separate them first, and ten men for fighting each bear.

we would separate each group of ten people to lure them into different direction. so, this way, the two bears power will be lowered to easier to deal with.

so, ten people dealing one cave bear, and the other ten deal with one.

if we read about story of the old times, we have seen how people killed animals, like throwing heavy and big rocks and setting up fire.

so, all we need to do is found big heavy rocks and continuously throw to that one bear from not so far distance, so it would be hurted and not easily getting close to us and we will be able to escape once it tried to run toward us since the distance is not close we kept away from it.

it takes time and patience but at the end the smarter group of human would win.

Pretty sure there are a lot of experienced gun owners here.
