So is reading legislation put in front of you before voting on it, but I somehow doubt the DNC had time to do that based on how fast they shoved out Obama's legislation.

They are really not in any more position to obstruct. They are trying to go on damage control with the narrative that they got what they wanted, which isnt true.

The Blue Wave was supposed to be a movement that would give 2/3 of the government (The Senate and The House of Representatives) to the democrats. That was the blue wave.

They wound up getting 1/3 control rather than 2/3, which means that regardless of what they may say, the republicans are the ones who will be calling the shots for a very long time. The Blue Wave was nothing.
