Sounds easy enough

Problem is, Trump always made his contractors put the materials in their name. When the time came for the bill to be due, Trump wouldn't pay his contractors and he'd leave them on the hook for the costs while he declared bankruptcy. He's destroyed dozens of multigenerational businesses with that routine.

Plus, I'll never understand how nobody went after his Mafia ties when he was on the campaign trail...I don't care what anybody says, nobody is getting anything built in the 5 boroughs without greasing palms.

I remember a reporter asking him if he knew some Mafia guy that was a high spending regular at Trump's casino that would order all dealers who were black off of the floor (which management complied with each time) and Trump said he never knew him. Then came a video from whichever WrestleMania that was at that casino with the camera right in the face of Trump and his guest, the Mafia guy.
