21 y/o Jordan Brown, the young man who is now declared INNOCENT after he was wrongly convicted and imprisoned for the murder of his Father's Pregnant Fiance and ex-Step Mom is speaking out for the first time since his release.

He spoke to Juju Chang from ABC's 20/20 and talks about his 'confusion' he felt years following his detention in a juvenile delinquency facility over the death of 26 y/o Kenzie Marie Houk.

He was pulled from his bed and was arrested and charged less than 24 hours after her body was found.

Jordan was released on July 10th after his case was OVERTURNED by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as he told Juju that it took him 2 YEARS to realize why he was in custody.

he said "I can't remember if they told me what happened. I knew that my step mom passed away. I didn't know how or what was going on. And i diddn't know that i was there because of that. I didn't know until, i don't know maybe until i was like 13 or 14 maybe"

His father, Christopher was sitting next to him in the interview who said "You go from hours to days to weeks to months and then years and here we are 9 years later. Half of his life he spent in this system to get our final day today. To me that's an issue. That's an issue"

In 2009, Jordan was living with his Dad and his Step Mom and her daughter's, 7 y/o Jenessa and Adalynn who was 4. Kenzie was found murdered with a gunshot wound to the back of the head shortly after Jordan and Jenessa supposedly left for school that day.

Police found a youth-sized shotgun in the home that smelled like it was recently fired and discovered reside on Jordan's shirt and jeans. However, Jordan was still arrested despite no DNA, blood or fingerprents linking him to the crime. It was revealed that Jenessa took the bus that day to school but Jordan had walked back to the house and didn't go on the bus as its not made clear why he did but claimed he found her dead. Adalynn was found walking outside crying"

That is why the Supreme Court overturned the decision with a 47 page opinion on why they unanimously voted so.

Jordan's Father stood by his son's innocence as he fought 9 years to have his son freed and said that the "real" killer is still out there...

Her ex boyfriend was considered a suspect but was cleared after his location was verified.

The high profile case was similar to that of Casey Anthony who was found not guilty of the murder of her daughter, Caylee Anthony and divided the community and public as this case too as divided the small town Pennsylvania community where Jordan grew up in as he tells ABC how his life has turned upside down.

Do you think this kid still did it?

The case always seemed flimsy.
