Let's say I purchased a lengthy tv show set like Game of Thrones, which could cost as much as a hundred and fifty bucks. If someone spoiled the series for me maliciously, could I sue them for damages?

You can't, but if you were the developer of a show... not Game of Thrones since that's based on a book of ice and fire or wheel of time or pathfinder or something - but if you developed a show and spoilers of it leaked somewhere... you actually can sue the viewers since it would mean a leak happened.

I wish we got a Wheel of Time show instead, but we did not. --- Official Teetotaller of PotD Dovie'andi se tovya sagain! ... Copied to Clipboard!
