Tabasco was the sauce that got me into hot sauce but these days I really don't like how vinegary it is.
My favorite brand these days is actually Aztec's Revenge. It's even milder than Tabasco but the flavor is just so good. --- 53 LIII 0b110101 p16 0x35 ... Copied to Clipboard!

Tabasco sauce has a much more justified existence once you consider it an ingredient, not a condiment; it's probably the weakest hot sauce for general purposes such as putting it on sandwiches, eggs, etc., but because of its aggressively-vinegary flavor, it's a great flavor enhancer for things like cocktail sauce - trust me, the next time you have shrimp cocktail, add a few shakes of Tabasco to the sauce.
There's also a restaurant in town that has a 14oz beef rib served with a Tabasco-molasses glaze, and it's one of the absolute best food items you can get in Minnesota. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
