I own a house outside the city. Commute to work takes like 45 minutes, if not more. Not that I live far, but this is a congested city.

More like a suburb, but city proper is only like 10 miles away.

I love the people that don't signal to change lanes but signal when they're moving onto the off-ramp.

Or the people who flash half a signal when they're already 3/4 of the way into your lane.

Where I live you have to be strategic, because while you ideally want to signal always, during times of high traffic an entire lane will collectively compress at the first sign of a signal to keep you from merging in. It's like all the drivers on the road synchronize their spite to keep you from getting where you need to be, forcing you to either plan ahead and know what lane you need to be in miles in advance, or miss a turn and loop back around.

Synchronized trolling?

I'm in metro Detroit, and it's usually pretty congested during peak times. Everyone here is an expert on driving and everyone around them is an amateur. Road rage? Ha! That's a gross understatement. I've seen people try to run others off the road for cutting them off..

Closer to Detroit or AA and it's more bumper to bumper. I'm not totally sure about AA since I rarely go there, but Detroit sucks 90% of the time. Especially some highways you merge on the right-hand side of the road, but the only exit for some places is a quarter mile up the road on the left-hand side. Really fucking sucks when it's a 4 lane highway..

I understand the frustrations of driving, but I don't get people who fly off the handle so easily, impatiently honk or speed like demons. Where's the rush? You ain't that important, amigo!

I also hate the people who signal way after they practically stopped to turn.

I use my signals unless I'm driving my VW. Cause for some reason when I hit the blinker to go left in it the horn goes off.

i rely on the turn signal when crossing the street. using the street option saves about 10 minutes per walk when going to the taco bell problem is going at the times when it isn't peak because there's no chance getting across.

Nope, and even when they do they don't use them correctly. Most change lanes as soon as they turn on their blinker, which is the same as not using them at all tbh. Supposed to wait at least a few seconds after signaling.

I hate when I'm sitting at a T, and I want to go left. To my left is someone coming so I wait for them to pass, but then they make a right turn onto my street without a blinker. They can obviously see that I'm sitting there waiting for them to pass (especially if they are a slow driver), but I could have just gone if they used their blinker.

The worst is when that time sitting there and waiting causes me to miss a gap in traffic. Now I have to wait for the next gap because I didn't know that it was safe to turn.

I use my horn when people sit at green lights. Put your fucking phone down and watch out because you just tacked an extra three minutes into someone elses drive because you were too selfish to pay attention. I also use my horn when people make me brake by pulling out or turning across traffic.
