It's definitely a different experience. I dunno how deep into it you are, but I think the last two cases are much more interesting than the first two.

Oh, right. Then were one week away from Layton v Wright, not two.

Really, I like how the timeline lines up to give an excuse for why Wright never heard of that case. It was because he was stuck in England for a month.

OBJECTION! At no point does she mention that the events of 3-5 had already occurred, and she could potentially know about the temple through other means.

She says in 3-5 she had no idea Hazakura Temple existed before she went there.

Plus, in context, she says the statues remind her of the ones in Hazakura Temple, so it had to be after she went there.

Ace Attorney Season 2 Ep9 spoilers
A fast paced episode but it was solid. The got rid of the mirror plotline (although I think it was still in the back of Tres Bien anyways) so the scouter was just being worn on the wrong side. I'm not really sure the bottle bluff still works considering how forged evidence is handled. Phoenix explicitly calls in the bottle of poison when it isn't.

It looks like next episode is a multi episode anime original case. I think this is a good sign we are getting an entire second cour to handle 3-1, 3-4 and 3-5.

And today is the day that 3-3s initial trial took place, AKA the intro where Wright seemingly loses to Payne.

4chans currently estatic about the happenstance, and a few people are hoping that somebodys gonna air a Layton v Wright stream over the week, since the guy who usually streams the cases for us has gone missing and never aired 3-2 on either of the expected dates.

I was wondering what the subs were going to do about the names for the original characters but it looks like many of them had a non-Japanese name to begin with. I sort of wonder how many clues this episode had regarding the previous murder case. The episode didn't get far enough to even give a overview of the previous case.
