Long story short, a couple at the gym where the male has a genetic defect he doesnt want to pass on, who I was good friends with, wanted my sperm for his wife and was willing to pay me. I said Id do it for free, but he refused to let me touch his wife. He wanted me to go to some lab with him instead.

Isnt it my right to say no? Why am I the bad guy?

Maybe. But you can always put in other stipulations. Like more contracts. Other contracts. That have different stipulations. Like them having to pay you if you have to pay them. If you have enough contracts, you can still make out good. Either way, I guess it could be thrown out. But I've never heard of that happening. But I've also never checked up on it. But like I said, there should be a way to make enough contracts that you end up winning. Because judges for those other contracts will most likely be a different judge then the family court judge. So, if by chance, you get a judge who throws it out for some reason, another judge might be on your side. But it would also depend on their living situation. Anyway, I believe if they sue for child support, he would be able to sue to get visitation rights. Or even partial or full custody.
