Starting to be one team no main villain, unless it ends up being Joubin or this doctor.

If we're approaching a climax and it's gonna be a still as of yet unintroduced character....yeesh.

Woah, wait, is this actually getting close to a finale?

I stopped reading around the first Joubin arc because I wanted to let the series get ahead a bit, sounds like I need to catch up! Was fully expecting this to pull a Steel Ball Run and just go forever. (Though I guess SBR was only 20 chapters longer than JoJolion is currently, but that's still almost two years!)

It's like 900 pages shorter than SBR at the moment but it's been running longer due to being a monthly format the entire time

Saw some speculation that this chapter title could be the beginning of Part 8's equivalent for D4C where it lasts for like a year in the manga. I could see it just because we knew the university hospital was central to the mysteries with the rokakaka, but we'll have to see.
