Welcome to the second annual Save That Video Game Character contest, where 100 video game characters nominated by CE battle it out to determine CE's favorite video game character.
RULE CHANGE: You can now save 1 character per hour. Characters need 7 saves to make it to the next round. The last character remaining is eliminated. Rinse and repeat. If you're asking people outside of the contest to come in and vote for a certain character, that's not very cool. Like, at all. Not technically against the rules because there's nothing I can really do to stop it, but that's the one thing I'd call "unsportsmanlike," to an extreme. Asking inside the topic itself like "hey, people should vote for _____!" is one thing, but specifically pulling in people who have never participated before and likely wont again, that's not cool. --- "She was like, 'Oh, did you see that firefighter? It's just not very fair. Like, at least vote trading, anyone can do it and it still specifically involves the people who actively participate. And if the people who you called in do decide to participate in these contests from now on, that's great, the more the merrier. It's just kinda unfun for people who have been playing for the majority of the game when you bring in people who haven't even been playing specifically to vote for your character.
