By the way, I noticed that mostly when I hate something (more fitting for TV shows and movies) it's usually because it has a damn terrible cast
Like Sons of Anarchy for example, this show was mostly shit because I couldn't like any character there

He's got his moments in the comics. My favorite being when he struck out to prove he didn't need his toxin to spread mass fear, so he went around killing and tormenting people at random with a knife and some feathers, terrorizing the entire city. He proved his point.
