Still several things he could and should go to court for if they can be proven, just not quite the level of tape. Don't see the point in him resigning now, the company's going to die from this negative publicity anyway. And the hypocrisy is pretty fitting for the movement. Reminds me of all the right-wing christian politicians who'd cry about morals and inevitably get caught having extramarital affairs, soliciting gay sex, molesting kids, and so on.
