10/10. I recently had an ear infection and pain relievers helped me a lot when my right ear started aching or when my head felt too tight. :)

Some people live with pain so obviously they are very useful. I do think there is a serious issue with them being the first resort to pain management in many cases though, since almost every pain relief medication has negative effects on the body. --- If they drag you through the mud, it doesnt change whats in your blood ...
