Hadn't noticed these polls were going on. The results for the cartoons so far definitely reflect the age demographic here. I doubt anything from 2000 onward will get 7+ other than maybe the DC Animated Universe cartoons, and anything that is really old probably won't get that high either.

If the argument is what people grew up with, keep in mind that some shows were in syndication forever. Scooby is on the old side, but a lot of people grew up with re-runs. Same for stuff like the Flintstones.
