Praise the Sun! (Peacetime, Recharge 3): Every 4 weeks, Solaire can invite ALL teams to Praise the Sun with him. Each team leader, including you, who agrees to Praise the Sun will have all of their mercs receive a 20% parameter bonus during the fight this week. However, Solaire can bring you more energy from the praises of all other leaders, giving your team 10% additional parameters for every other team who chose to praise.

If only I could be so grossly incandescent! (Start of Battle, Recharge 3): Once every 4 weeks, Solaire will let a target merc to live his dream and become grossly incandescent. The merc will give off intense light throughout the entire fight, and looking directly at that merc might be perilous for others.

Take this, to cross the gaps between worlds, and engage in jolly cooperation! (Peacetime, Recharge 5): Once every 6 weeks, Solaire can arrange for another team in ANY pool to summon his attached merc for aid, as long as they will cooperate and allow his team to summon a merc of his leader's choosing. If it's agreed, the mercs will swap teams for the week. Their non-limited use abilities (but NOT their supports') can be used as if they were off cooldown, and they will not incur cooldowns from usage. However, they cannot be assigned EXP this week, and each leader will pay the upkeep of the summoned merc, not the original one. Mercs will return to their teams at the start of the next Peacetime.

If the offer is refused, this ability will not go on cooldown, but an offer may only be made once per week.

It's nearly the 4th, time to get PATRIOTIC

Uncle Sam Harper is as he appears in Uncle Sam, armed with a sharpened US flag, hedge clippers, a meat cleaver, and cans of red, white and blue spraypaint. He retains his ability to teleport.

UNPATRIOTIC (Passive) - Uncle Sam has risen with his usual mission, to kill the UNPATRIOTIC. In Mercs terms, this means he may not target any enemy merc definitively from the United States. In exchange, no enemy Merc definitively *not* from the United States may target Sam either, as they will all be deemed UNPATRIOTIC at the start of Wartime. Should any ability from an UNPATRIOTIC enemy somehow hit him anyway, it will null and go on a week's recharge.

I Want You Dead (Start of Battle) - Even deceased, Sam carries the unbridled spirit of America. Each week, he may choose an enemy Merc and fill them with patriotism in the following ways.

For a week's recharge, Sam may begin the fight by spraying the chosen enemy in the face with red, white and blue spraypaint.

For two week's recharge, the enemy will find themselves mysteriously beginning the battle in a six foot empty grave located at the center of the terrain. They may escape if able.

For three week's recharge, the enemy merc will begin the battle hanging from their neck on a flagpole located on the center of the terrain. They may escape if able.

New Ability

Spirit of America (Pre-Battle) - Every week, Uncle Sam may bestow UNPATRIOTIC status upon an enemy Merc of his choosing. He may do this even to American enemies, and he may also declare this ability after he has been struck by an enemy ability should he not be KOed. That ability will then null and go on a week's recharge with no effect to Sam.

Terrain

Twin Rivers Festival - The 4th of July festival as seen in Uncle Sam, complete with fireworks display. The rest of the town is accessible.

Hmm, I'd say the tipping point would be pre/post winter knight. One does not get into a spellslinging battle with kefka, but post winter knight, dresden is tough enough to last a while and smart enough to be able to outmanuver kefka's magic to get the win. Before then in the time frame, Kefka would get the victory in a 1v1 slugfest.

Mind you with proper prep time and tools, the earliest i could see Harry winning would be Turn Coat in a stand up fight.

If any individual merc receives a number of votes equal to their upkeep, they will be considered safe. Any merc who does not reach their number by the end of the topic will be KOed.

Ability Upgrade

The Cube is upgraded to the Hypercube as seen in Cube 2, with the same escape rules applying.

Super hyped for GTA Europe with 4 main characters (including 1 female main character), a cameo by Trevor (at least judging by what Steven Ogg said), and we get France, the UK, Denmark, Spain, Germany AND Italy? Obviously only parts of each, but it's supposed to be the BIGGEST MAP EVER. And Skiing is confirmed.

Pretty stoked for the skiing after they announced that the original SSX team will be handling it.

Negan is as seen in The Walking Dead carrying Lucille.

We Are All Negan (Pre-Battle) - Negan's cult of personality stretches far. During Wartime, Negan may declare this ability to change the names of all mercs on his team to "Negan". From that point onward, the first pre-selected enemy ability directed at Negan's team must be declared at Negan, in effect randomizing it between all the Negans. This ability will then go on recharge for two weeks.

Eenie Meenie Miney Moe (Trigger) - Of course should a newly random ability happen to hit Negan Prime after the prior ability's declaration, Negan will respond in his usual fashion by clonking the offending merc on the head with Lucille a number of times equal to their upkeep at the start of battle. This effect will only occur if the original Negan is fielded that week.

Ability Upgrade

The Lucille battering will now occur regardless of whether the original Negan is fielded, so long as he is hit by an enemy ability after declaring We Are All Negan.

Ability Upgrade

After declaring We Are All Negan, the enemy team will be informed that the team they were to be facing that week has been mysteriously replaced with Negans. They will be incapable of formulating a pre-battle plan for the week's battle.

Terrain

Sanctuary - The compound as seen in The Walking Dead, complete with live Walkers attached to the fences. It may not be left.
