What exactly is debateable about that? I think there is instances when it could be best to do so. Such as? One easy example would be if it undermined secutiy in a situation. Military people are trained to follow the chain of command even if they personally think it's messed up, and frankly there's a looooot events in history where the military violently oppressed the populace. So that means one of two things 1. Trump doesn't even pay attention to what's going on in his own White House 2.
